Refund policy
1. Deadlines for refunds
Customer requests for refunds will only be accepted within 24 hours from the start of order execution. After that period, the company reserves the right to refuse a refund.
2. Refunds for services not rendered
If the service is not fully provided due to technical problems on the company’s side, the customer is entitled to a refund. The customer must provide evidence of non-performance of the service, such as reports or statistics from the social network.
3. Order cancellation
The customer has the option to cancel the order before its start. In case of cancellation before execution, the company will refund the customer in full.
4. Refunds to the original payment source
In case of an approved refund, the company will return the amount to the original payment source used for balance replenishment within a week.
5. Terms of Use
The customer undertakes to use the services in accordance with the rules and policies of social networks, as well as applicable law. In the event of a breach of the terms of use, the company reserves the right to refuse a refund.
6. Contacting support
The customer can contact the company’s customer support in case of questions or problems related to the services. The company undertakes to consider customer issues in a timely manner and propose a solution, including a refund if appropriate.
Note:
The company reserves the right to change the refund policy without prior notice. In case of policy changes, the current version will be published on our website or provided to the client upon request.
Exceptions:
In certain cases, the company may refuse a refund, such as when the customer violates the terms of use or provides false information when placing an order. The company reserves the right to make refund decisions at its discretion.
